Mills Oakley further expands WA workplace relations team
Mills Oakley has added more strength to its Perth workplace relations, employment and safety team – this time with the recruitment of a new special counsel.

The national firm has appointed Rebecca Taseff to its Perth practice, who brings with her nearly 20 years’ experience in both private practice and in in-house roles involving human resources and workplace relations.
Further, her experience includes advising corporate clients in the finance, hospitality, retail, higher education and health industries, as well as advising government agencies and NGOs.
In her new role, Ms Taseff will work closely with partner Daniel White. She also joins other recent hires, including partner Andrew Klein, who joined from Russell Kennedy Lawyers in Canberra and partner Harold Downes, who joined from Herbert Smith Freehills and launched a dedicated Work Health & Safety sub-team at Mills Oakley.
“Western Australia continues to experience strong mining, construction and oil and gas activity and I am pleased to be joining a firm which has forged a reputation in these areas, not just in relation to workplace relations advice but other practices as well,” Ms Taseff said.
“The opportunities to collaborate for the benefit of our clients are outstanding.”
