Jennifer Maher has been promoted to the position of principal lawyer after joining the firm in 2014 as special counsel. She is an accredited wills and estate specialist and practices across estate litigation, estate administration, estate planning, trusts and asset protection.

Her practice includes assisting families with aged loved ones, assisting and advising attorneys and guardians on their duties, as well as providing advice on the transition to aged care.

She has experience in advising private clients, businesses, high-net-worth individuals, trustee companies, private and public corporations, private family and business trusts, and appears at VCAT for contested administration and guardianship disputes.

Principal lawyer and head of the estate group Sam Frey said Ms Maher’s appointment is a deserved and significant milestone.

“She is highly regarded by her peers and has developed longstanding relationships with her clients and referral networks. Jennifer’s appointment recognises her dedication to the profession, commitment to her clients and contribution to the firm,” he said.

“We congratulate Jennifer on her appointment and look forward to her continued success with the firm.”
