The firm recently announced that it has recruited Brent Turnbull (pictured) as a special counsel in its Brisbane office.

Mr Turnbull is a specialist in property and construction law, according to a statement from Gadens. His practice includes transactional, litigious and regulatory matters in the residential, mixed-use, water, port, road and rail sectors.

He joins from Brisbane firm Broadley Rees Hogan, where he was also a special counsel.

Mr Turnbull sits on the Queensland committee for the Building Dispute Practitioners Society. He is also a member of Master Builders Queensland, the Urban Development Institute of Queensland and the Society of Construction Law.

“I am delighted to be joining Gadens and look forward to enhancing the firm’s already impressive client base,” Mr Turnbull said.

Gadens Brisbane has an affiliate relationship with Dentons.
