Hicksons has recruited Warwick Ryan from Swaab Attorneys. He took to his new role at the firm on 6 September, which sees him primarily based in Hicksons’ Sydney and Newcastle offices.

Mr Ryan brings more than 20 years’ experience, having advised on numerous workplace relations matters for a variety of clients.

Hicksons managing partner John Markos welcomed Mr Ryan to the firm, saying he will be integral in shaping the future of the employment and workplace relations practice.

“We are delighted Warwick is joining Hicksons,” Mr Markos said.

“This move is a welcome addition to the firm especially with our focus on integrated solutions that create sustainable value for our clients.

“Hicksons lawyers and business advisors are extensively engaged in developing new ways of working with and delivering services to clients, that includes increasing use of technology and project management tools.

“We have every confidence that Warwick will be able to join our work in transforming this interaction with clients.”
