Restructuring specialist joins top-tier
A national firm has strengthened its restructuring and insolvency practice with the appointment of a new partner.

Corrs Chambers Westgarth recently announced it has recruited Jade Rowarth (pictured) as a partner in its Melbourne office.
Ms Rowarth joins the firm from Maddocks, where she has been a partner. She has also practised in the UK, and has worked across sectors including retail, agribusiness, hospitality/gaming, manufacturing and resources.
“Jade is a leader in her field and our clients will benefit from her exceptional knowledge and experience working on matters which are both contentious and non-contentious,” said Corrs partner and CEO John Denton AO.
“From capital and corporate restructurings, administration, receivership and liquidation, and insolvency litigation, Jade will be an important part of our litigation team and we are delighted to welcome her to the firm.”
Big changes could be on the horizon in the restructuring and insolvency space, with several law firms backing the reforms tabled by the federal government.
