Global partner returns to Sunshine State
A Brisbane lawyer returned to the city from London, where he was a partner in a global firm.

Moulis Legal recently announced that it has recruited Andrew Clark (pictured) as a partner in its Brisbane office.
Mr Clark brings experience in large and medium-sized cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial negotiations to Moulis Legal. He has also led the employment and pensions, tax and structuring, and competition aspects of M&A transactions, according to a statement from Moulis Legal.
“My appointment to Moulis Legal complements a team that already has an excellent reputation advising national and international clients on a broad range of matters,” Mr Clark said.
“Transactions in both the private sector and for government agencies are becoming increasingly international. I am looking forward to extend and expand the expertise and the excellence we deliver in the corporate sphere.”
Principal partner Daniel Moulis said Mr Clark’s international experience made him a good fit for the firm.
“Andrew’s abilities fit perfectly with our commercial and international philosophy,” Mr Moulis said.
“He is an Australian lawyer who has practised in complex corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional matters at the highest level in international markets. We are thrilled to welcome him to Moulis Legal, and to introduce him to our valued clients.”
