Khilen Devani (pictured) has been welcomed to the firm's Brisbane office, bringing to his new role extensive experience in corporate law.

Mr Devani specialises in public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets and corporate governance. He regularly advises clients on the Corporations Act, ASX listing requirements and joint venture arrangements.

Lionel Hogg, lead partner corporate advisory practice Gadens Queensland, said Mr Devani’s expertise and experience will complement the firm’s existing corporate team and will provide clients with access to a broader range of services.

“It is a huge boost to our firm to have someone of Khilen’s calibre join the team,” said Mr Hogg.

“His knowledge of complex corporate and commercial transactions will be of significant benefit to so many of our valued clients.”

Mr Devani said he looks forward to the opportunities his new role at Gadens will provide.

“I’m delighted to be joining Gadens – a firm that I see as not only being a market leader but also a firm that is focused on growth and committed to delivering what their clients are really asking for,” he said.
