Gadens recruits new partner
Gadens has announced the appointment of a new partner in its Melbourne office.

Siobhan Mulcahy has joined as a partner in Gadens’ workplace health and safety team.
Ms Mulcahy brings to the role extensive experience across a range of sectors, including construction, franchise, retail, health, maintenance, tertiary education, finance, insurance, labour hire and manufacturing.
Gadens Melbourne CEO Grant Scott-Hayward welcomed Ms Mulcahy’s appointment, saying she will be an integral addition to the firm’s health and safety team.
“Siobhan's appointment is an exciting move for our workplace health and safety team and she will play a key part in helping lead our strategy to further develop this key growth area for Gadens,” Mr Scott-Hayward said.
“Acting for mid-to-large listed private enterprise and public sector employers, Siobhan is an accomplished practitioner. She has extensive expertise in major project strategy and coordination, complex restructures, enterprise bargaining and industrial disputation, large-scale workplace investigations and disciplinary processes, as well as day-to-day workplace relations advice.
“We look forward to the important contributions she will make for our clients and in further enhancing the profile of our WHS team and our services. It gives us great pleasure to welcome Siobhan to Gadens.”
Ms Mulcahy said her decision to join Gadens was an easy one.
“Making the move to Gadens was natural and the logical next step for me after working in both specialist workplace relations and top-tier firms,” she said.
“The breadth and depth of additional services that I am now able to offer my loyal client base will be of significant value to their businesses.
“Gadens' existing client base will also benefit from the specialist knowledge and experience I will bring to the firm.”
