Allion appoints new partner
Shane Entriken has left his role as a special counsel at a boutique firm to lead Allion Partners’ workplace relations, health and safety team.

Mr Entriken (pictured) is the new head of Allion Partners’ (formerly Allion Legal) workplace relations, health and safety team.
He has over 20 years experience working in site, divisional and corporate leadership roles for Rio Tinto, Downer and BHP Billiton.
“We are pleased Shane has agreed to join our firm as his depth of experience and knowledge of business, unions, regulators, leadership and the law add substantial strength to Allion,” said Michael Swift, partner in charge of Allion Partners’ Perth office.
“We believe Shane’s unique background, industry experience and understanding of the national HR, employment, industrial relations, health and safety landscape will bring significant benefits to our clients.”
MinterEllison recently launched an industrial relations and safety practice in Perth, nabbing two former Allion principals and their team of six lawyers to do so.
