Specialist firm appoints banking and finance partners
Two new partners have joined specialist commercial firm Kemp Strang.

Elliot Raleigh (pictured) and Matthew Wilson have been appointed as banking and finance partners.
Mr Wilson has been promoted to partner from executive counsel. He has represented a number of commercial banks, international investment banks, property funds and other large corporates on general banking and restructuring transactions.
Kemp Strang managing partner Michael Joseph said the new partners would develop growth in firm’s banking and finance group.
"Over the past couple of years we have grown from one office in Sydney to offices in Melbourne and Brisbane, which together account for almost 20 per cent of our national headcount. Elliot is highly regarded in the market and we are delighted that he has joined us. I believe Elliot's expertise and specific skills will deepen our client offering in many areas," Mr Joseph said.
"Along with Elliot, the appointment of Matthew will help support and accommodate for the continual development of Kemp Strang’s banking and finance clientele," he added.
Kemp Strang has also recently appointed three new senior associates to the same practice area and a fourth to its corporate group. Jonathan Grunstein, Nick Garling and Stuart Stevens were promoted in the banking, finance and property team, and Alina Oussova in the corporate team.
