Partner Richard Abbott (pictured), senior associate Chris Allen and associate Winnie Liang have all joined Holman Fenwick Willan’s Sydney office from Holding Redlich.

Mr Abbott is an experienced investment and major projects lawyer with financing, corporate and funds management skills.

“We are particularly pleased that Richard Abbott has joined the team in Sydney,” Richard Crump, global senior partner of Holman Fenwick Willan, said.

“His financing and corporate skill set rounds out the firm's service offering in relation to major projects in Australia.

“The firm is committed to becoming a significant player in the construction and infrastructure area in Australia and intends to continue its investment there.”

Holman Fenwick Willan recently appointed special counsel David Ulbrick to its Perth office from Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
