National firm Gadens has appointed Alastair Oxbrough as a partner in its Melbourne-based property, construction and planning team.

Mr Oxbrough (pictured) has over 15 years' experience in transactions and disputes in the construction and engineering, infrastructure and energy industries. He joins Gadens from MolinoCahill Lawyers.
He has worked on major domestic and international projects including hospitals, rail, roads, water plants and sports stadia, as well as energy projects such as power stations, oil and gas pipelines and associated oil and gas infrastructure.
Mr Oxbrough is admitted as a solicitor in Australia and in the UK, and is a trained mediator.
“Alastair's appointment is a valuable addition to our construction and infrastructure practice, and reflects the strong market profile and growth trajectory of our property, construction and planning team,” Grant Scott-Hayward, Gadens Melbourne CEO said.
“We look forward to the leadership Alastair will bring, along with enhancing our overall capabilities and expanding our service offering generally for clients nationally.”
Gadens recently appointed partners Meg Lee and Sabine Phillips in Melbourne, as well as Ben Allen in Sydney.
