Trio of lawyers joins lexvoco

Established just last year, ‘flexi’ firm lexvoco has bolstered its numbers with the appointment of three senior legal counsels.

Miriam Rihani, Diana Gould and Anil Sharma have all joined lexvoco, which provides legal expertise ‘on call’ for in-house teams and law firms.

Miriam Rihani (pictured) has previously worked both in-house at Reinsurance Group of America, Macquarie Bank and in private practice at Ebsworths.

She has advised on a wide range of cases across Asia Pacific including claims, licensing, data transfer, privacy, IP, corporate/M&A, listing rules and commercial contracts.

Diana Gould has also worked both in-house and in private practice, with notable roles such as senior legal counsel at Qantas and ANZ Wealth and senior associate at Clayton Utz.

Ms Gould has experience advising in commercial, corporate, IP, technology, privacy, data and compliance areas, and she is also well versed with litigation.

Anil Sharma brings more than 20 years of commercial, IT and telco experience to lexvoco.

He has previously worked as general counsel of numerous ASX-listed companies including GoTalk, Incitec Pivot and AAPT. He has also worked as a senior lawyer at Gilbert & Tobin.
