International firm grows OH&S presence
Clyde & Co has continued its growth in the occupational health and safety practice with the appointment of a new special counsel in its Perth office.

Nicholas Beech, previously special counsel at King & Wood Mallesons, has more than 20 years' experience as a dispute resolution lawyer focusing on insurance, construction and environmental matters.
Clyde & Co Perth’s managing partner Jenny Thornton said: “Occupational health and safety and good governance is increasingly a significant priority for Australian companies and their international operations.”
She added: “Nick’s experience, supported by Clyde & Co’s global expertise in this space, will enable us to provide a compelling offer to clients in the region.”
Clyde & Co entered the Australian market three years ago and now has four offices with 80 lawyers nationally.
The firm recently promoted their first Australian partner, Gareth Horne, who had been a senior associate with the firm since its inception in Australia.
