The Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 identifies the best young lawyers in Australia.

Now in its third year, achieving 30 Under 30 status is the springboard for career progression for many young lawyers, giving industry-wide recognition for professional competence while highlighting a passion for the law and dedication to personal advancement.

According to Phillip Tarrant, managing editor of Lawyers Weekly, securing 30 Under 30 recognition can truly influence the trajectory of a lawyer’s career.

“Lawyers who achieve 30 Under 30 status open up a world of career opportunities,” Mr Tarrant said. “It’s a very visible accolade that influences the way your colleagues, partners, competitors and the wider industry perceives you and your firm.

“The 30 Under 30 sets the benchmark for excellence in the law for young practitioners and I encourage you to participate.”

Across 10 major categories, young lawyers are invited to participate by lodging a submission that showcases their professional performance, leadership capabilities, ability to influence the client experience, plus personal achievements.

Entries are now open and can be made personally or on behalf of a friend or colleague.

Winners of the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 will be revealed on 5 June at a gala event held at Establishment in Sydney.

Entries close on 1 May. To lodge your submission and for more information click here.

Lawyers Weekly are also pleased to announce e.law International have come on board as sponsors of the dispute resolution and in-house categories.
