Minters senior partner takes over M&A team
Minter Ellison has announced a new leader for its Sydney-based mergers and acquisitions group.

Victoria Allen will head up the M&A team in Sydney, comprising 16 partners and 60 specialist lawyers, according to a statement from the firm.
She previously advised Lloyds on the $1.55 billion sale of Capital Finance Australia and BOS International Australia to Westpac Banking Corporation.
She also acted for Mirvac on the sale of its hotel management business and advised on the Mundaring Water Treatment Plant PPP project.
Minters chief executive Tony Harrington said Ms Allen’s appointment was “great news”.
“Victoria boasts an impressive track record in domestic and international transactions for a diverse range of financial institutions and corporate clients,” he said.
The firm also recently made partner Costas Condoleon the deals chair on its executive leadership team and the leader of its M&A Centre of Excellence.
"Mr Condoleon has oversight of the firm's integrated client solutions for major M&A and equity capital market transactions," a statement from the firm said.
