McCullough Robertson champions diversity
The inaugural Hunter Diversity Awards Inclusive Workplace Champion, McCullough Robertson, has been recognised for its commitment to gender equality.

“Gender equity … is critical for achieving sustainable business performance in a dynamic and changing world," said McCullough Robertson partner Jeremy Kennedy.
In 2014, the firm launched a framework for diversity initiatives called the Sky Program, which promoted education and inclusion. Of the 15 staff based in the Newcastle office, 13 are female.
The Hunter Diversity Awards were launched this month by the Equal Futures Project to celebrate groups that have made the Hunter Region in NSW a fairer and more equitable place to live and work.
