The event took place in Melbourne in support of the annual Mother’s Day Classic - an initiative of Women in Super, a not-for-profit networking and support group for women in the superannuation and finance industry.

Holding Redlich partner Jenny Willcocks said that, as a firm with many superannuation clients, Holding Redlich was proud to support the event.

“Holding Redlich has a long association with the industry superannuation fund movement, having been involved with this part of the superannuation industry from its early beginnings,” she said.

All proceeds from the Mother's Day Classic are donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, a NFP organisation that supports research into breast cancer prevention and treatment.

Since 1998 the Mother's Day Classic has raised $10.8 million.
