TRESSCOX LAWYERS has been adding to its trophy cabinet over recent weeks, having secured a runners-up award for excellence in quality management systems, while at the same time being honoured with the title of Sydney’s “brainiest law firm”.
Accepting the award on behalf of the firm, partner Michael Bracken said it “reflects TressCox’s commitment to the delivery of outstanding services to its clients through the implementation of best practice principles”.
“Continuous improvement is one of the core values of TressCox and as such, the firm’s quality management systems are reviewed and updated on a regular basis to ensure that we are consistently developing market leading quality management systems.”
TressCox said its quality management system receives both an internal and external audit every six months, while the process impacts on the whole business, including practice management, back office and service areas.
On the same night in the same city, a team of brave TressCox lawyers defeated the competition to win the right to be called Sydney’s “brainiest law firm”. Doing battle against eight other law firms, TressCox won the first Cicero Cup designed to raise money for Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect). More than $8,000 was raised on the night, including the auction of an artwork drawn by a 13-year-old autistic savant which was a heavily detailed recreation of Circular Quay and the Opera House in Sydney, said to have been done completely from memory.
