The Australian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA) launched a survey on 18 April aimed at capturing the salaries paid at firms across Australia and New Zealand.
“For the first time, we will be asking about the types of salary packages and benefits offered,” said McLean. “The survey will also provide a deeper insight into the employment profile at law firms in terms of the breakdown between full time, part time, contract and casual positions. This year’s survey also includes information relating to legal firms’ intentions regarding recruitment and salaries over the next 12 months.”
The survey is open from 19 April until 18 May for firms in Australia and New Zealand.
