The hearing into a sexual harassment claim against Clayton Utz will resume today.
Styles resumed her legal career with Johnson Winter & Slattery.
In June last year, Styles was granted leave by the NSW Supreme Court to file an amended statement of claim in defamation proceedings against the firm.
Styles claims that a solicitor with the firm, with whom she was romantically linked, made allegations to Joe Catanzariti, the head of the firm's workplace relations, employment and safety practice group, that she was "conspiring" against a group of lawyers with regards to a sexual harassment complaint.
Earlier this month, the NSW Supreme Court heard that Styles alleges she was the subject of disparaging comments from Clayton Utz staff at bars in close proximity to firm's Sydney office.
Styles also alleges that 16 defamatory imputations were made against her in an email sent to a human resource manager at the firm.
Justice Lucy McCallum is hearing the matter.
