Minter Ellison this week announced the addition of 10 lawyers to its partnership, with females making up 60 per cent of the new partners.

Minter Ellison's female partners now comprise 23 per cent of the firm's overall partner headcount of 296, which has increased from 289 this time last year.

Half of the firm's latest partner promotions took place within the firm's Melbourne office, signifying Minter Ellison's confidence in the performance of its Melbourne practice.

The firm's new partners, effective 1 July, are Rebecca Bedford, Ricky Casali, Kylie Diwell, Joanne Dunne, Antra Hood, Kymberley Lawrence, Jakob Paartalu, Joseph Pace, Lisa Ridd and Graeme Slattery.
