Accredited succession law and family law specialist Michele Sheehan has launched a new estates practice in the Brisbane market.

The new practice, enTrust Law, will focus solely on the estate planning, administration and litigation market.

“One of the issues that many clients encounter is access to an accredited specialist. enTrust  Law will address that issue as our clients will have direct access to an accredited specialist with more than 20 years’ legal experience,” said Sheehan, the only lawyer in Queensland who is accredited as both a succession law and family law specialist.

“Having a background in family law means that I can proactively plan to identify where the risks are and protect against the risks.”

Sheehan is currently a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners as well as the QLS Specialist Accreditation Board, QLS Succession Section, QLS Planning Committee for the Annual Succession Law Conference and the QLS Practice and Development Section.
