Newly launched firm Fox Tucker has been voted as RollOnFriday's Aussie firm of the year, ahead of Mills Oakley and Gilbert + Tobin.

 
 

With an overall "satisfaction" top score of 87 per cent, Fox Tucker topped the list in the sub-categories of social life, "openness", "development" and importantly, toilets.

Mills Oakley, which came in second with an overall score of 80 per cent, ranked the highest for its work/life balance, while G + T was voted the best when it comes to pay with a top score of 92 per cent.

Survey respondents were also asked to rank firms according to the standard of their biscuits, with Clayton Utz coming out on top for its cookies with a score of 81 per cent.

Other firms which ranked well in the survey included Freehills, Mallesons Stephen Jaques, Allens Arthur Robinson, Blake Dawson, Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Minter Ellison and DLA Phillips Fox.
