A Lawyers Weekly poll has shown that a lack of trust and career progression have emerged as the main reasons why lawyers would leave a firm.
This was well ahead of poor management, the next highest category, which attracted 21 per cent of respondents.
Culture (19 percent) was the third leading reason why lawyers would leave a firm, with lack of flexibility (9 per cent) and a firm's lack of vision for the future (7 per cent) rounding out the survey.
