Kristy Fraser-Kirk has been ordered to reveal the names of the women she intends to call as witnesses in the $37 million sexual harassment case against David Jones and its former CEO, Mark McInnes.
Accordingly, Justice Flick ordered that the witnesses' particulars be provided to the defendants by 13 October and, failing that, any references to them will be struck out of Fraser-Kirk's claim.
Justice Flick also set the case down for hearing on 20 December.
