Kristy Fraser-Kirk has been ordered to reveal the names of the women she intends to call as witnesses in the $37 million sexual harassment case against David Jones and its former CEO, Mark McInnes.

The Federal Court's Justice Geoffrey Flick today (29 September) dismissed Fraser-Kirk's application to keep the names of seven intended witnesses suppressed, saying that justice required their release.

Accordingly, Justice Flick ordered that the witnesses' particulars be provided to the defendants by 13 October and, failing that, any references to them will be struck out of Fraser-Kirk's claim.

Justice Flick also set the case down for hearing on 20 December.
