Harmers Workplace Lawyers is in the midst of a commercial dispute with its former managing partner, Joydeep Hor, who in early July left Harmers to launch his own firm, People & Culture Strategies (PCS).

In a statement released Tuesday (31 August) Harmers confirmed that an injunction was sought by the partners of the firm against Hor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales on Thursday, 5 August, which was granted and remains in place.

Another injunction hearing, relating to documents, will be heard today (1 September).

Given the matter is still before the court, Harmers declined to make any further comment.

People & Culture Strategies also declined to comment when contacted by Lawyers Weekly.
