Joining as a partner in the firm’s commercial litigation group, Alicia Hill has broad corporate and commercial litigation experience, including company insolvency, trade practices, property and corporate regulatory matters. In addition, she also has considerable expertise in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution practices, including mediation and arbitration.

Her clients have included public and proprietary companies, trustees, shareholders, directors, partners and professional advisers such as insolvency practitioners.

John Nicolas, who has joined as a senior associate in the firm’s property team, will be focusing on providing advice to the commercial property sector.
