A public survey which will allow consumers to provide input into the creation of a national legal profession has been launched this week (6 July).
"The survey will provide a clear and accessible way for consumers to make a meaningful contribution to the consultation process," Attorney-General Robert McClelland said.
"We are interested in views on the draft legislation, including ideas on how the reforms might better enhance consumer protection."
The survey is available online for six weeks at www.ag.gov.au/legalprofession/consumers.
