Thomson Playford Cutlers has thrown its support behind the Police and Community Youth Clubs (PCYC) to pilot a civic leadership course.
Thomson Playford Cutlers' HR adviser in Sydney, Kerri Cahalane, said that as well as supporting the firm's pro bono and community engagement initiatives, participation in the program helped further develop the leadership skills of younger lawyers at the firm.
PCYC's CEO, Chris Gardiner, added that the pilot program had been successful, and that the organisation would look to build on it further.
