MINTER ELLISON Consulting and the Centre for Customs & Excise Studies of the University of Canberra have two courses looking at the World Trade Organisation.
The new courses are designed to give government and private sector executives the knowledge they need to effectively navigate the multinational trading system.
The first course is a general course aiming to provide those who are new to the area with a solid grounding in the rules, procedures and features of the WTO. The second course is a master course which will explore the cutting edge of international trade law by addressing a series of themes that highlight contemporary problems and challenges.
The courses will be lead by Iain Sandford, an adjunct associate professor of law at the University of Canberra and Deputy Director of Minter Ellison’s international trade group, and Scott Gallacher, special counsel and director of Minter Ellison’s international trade group.
The new programs commence in June.
