Gilbert + Tobin has launched an online forum pulling together commercially focused summaries of the latest legal developments.

The website, "No Precedent", will utilise a number of online tools such as downloadable white papers and vodcasts to provide information and commentary on issues ranging from the Trade Practice Act 1974 and the practical implications for businesses, the recent cartel law amendments, to developments in shareholder class actions in Australia.

"No Precedent" arose from a sponsorship arrangement between Gilbert + Tobin and the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association (ACLA), and has been designed to assist both in-house lawyers and private practitioners. The agreement will also see Gilbert + Tobin contributing content to the quarterly ACLA journal.
