TOP SCOTTISH firm Shepherd and Wedderburn has launched a redundancy program which could see two lawyers and 12 full-time equivalent support staff leaving the firm, legalweek.com reports. The firm has also introduced a range of cost cutting measures, including a 10 per cent pay cut for partners, 10 days' unpaid leave for all staff during the current financial year and a salary freeze until October 2010.
