The nominations for the 2009 NSW Women Lawyers Achievement Awards have been revealed, with the winners to be announced at a gala dinner next Friday, 25 September.
Also in attendance will be NSW Governor Marie Bashir, High Court Chief Justice Robert French, NSW Attorney-General John Hatzistergos and NSW Women Lawyers patron Supreme Court Justice Jane Mathews.
Winners will be announced in five categories and a Lifetime Achievement Award will also be presented. The judging panel includes representatives from the Attorney-General's Department of NSW, the NSW Bar Association, the Law Society of NSW, the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association and the Women Lawyers Association of NSW.
