Monash University honours student Ourania Daves is currently conducting a study on how law firms can improve the organisational commitment of early career lawyers, who have post admission experience of four years or less.

The survey will gather information about a range of issues affecting young lawyers, such as how guidance they receive in terms of career development, their commitment levels, and whether they face any ethical pressures.
