Antonia Seriatos, Norm Afif, and Sarah Cooney (all pictured) have joined Law Squared as graduates and will embark on rotations through the firm’s corporate and commercial, employment and workplace relations, and disputes and litigation teams.

Speaking about the hires, Law Squared director and founder Demetrio Zema said: “The opportunity to grow new talent within the vision, mission and ethos of Law Squared from the beginning of their careers will help Law Squared continue to attract and retain exceptional talent.

“Their fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and proficiency in digital skills will ensure Law Squared continues to evolve and provide opportunity for lawyers and all stages in their career.”

Mr Zema went on: “We don’t believe that generic cover letters and proof of academic performance are a true reflection of the applicant’s skills or value they can contribute to Law Squared.

“As a firm, we value authenticity, a dedication to building client relationships, and a willingness to challenge convention.”

Amogh Kadhe, who completed the graduate program last year, added: “Law Squared’s human-centred approach empowered me to focus on client outcomes rather than billable hours. The autonomy and breadth of work has provided a solid foundation for my legal career.”
