Law in Order becomes RelativityOne Gold Partner
Law In Order has become a RelativityOne Gold Partner, for what it says is exceptional service experience to its RelativityOne end users.
Relativity’s first Australian partner, Law in Order – a partnership that has run since 2009 – has now culminated in Law in Order becoming a RelativityOne Gold Partner.
The RelativityOne Gold Level, Law in Order noted in a statement, is part of the Relativity Partner Program and recognises organisations that have reached a high bar for experience, customer satisfaction, and staff training and certifications.
These partners, it went on, are also “proven innovators”, with at least two custom applications available in the Relativity App Hub.
In order to enhance the Relativity experience, Law in Order said, it developed custom workflows and solutions, including its SmartDeduper App and a customised, integrated submissions portal for the recent Royal Commissions.
Speaking about the new Gold Partner status, Law In Order eDiscovery group senior director Kathleen Drown said that it is testament to the to the extensive experience and impressive certifications held by the entire Law In Order team, and pointed to the team’s “ongoing commitment” to innovation within the RelativityOne ecosystem, and a continued desire to provide best in class services to clients.
“With RelativityOne, we have the ability to innovate faster, streamline our eDiscovery processes and provide our clients with the tools to make better decisions faster regardless of the data size,” she posited.
Ms Drown is set to participate in the Making a Difference in the Law and in Your Career through Service session at Spotlight: ANZ, during which she will discuss Law In Order’s work as part of the Justice for Change program, working with the National Justice Project and Just Community in NZ.
Spotlight: ANZ is being hosted in Melbourne today, 9 March.
Georgia Foster, who is the senior managing director in APAC for Relativity, said: “This year’s Spotlight: ANZ is an important one for us as we continue to expand our footprint in ANZ.”
“We are in a great position to utilise our partners, like Law In Order, to dive into the challenges in the region and come together to find solutions to solve them. Adding Law In Order to our roster of Gold Partners is a win as we continue to transcend borders and increase accessibility to our cloud platform in APAC,” she said.
