Thirdera increases presence in the APAC region
Norton Rose Fulbright has advised elite-level ServiceNow partner Thirdera LLC on its acquisition of fellow ServiceNow partner Service Line Solutions.

Key players: The Norton Rose Fulbright team worked alongside US-based law firm Choate, Hall & Stewart and India-based law firm J. Sagar Associates. The team was led by global head of technology and innovation and partner, Nick Abrahams and supported by partners Jason Noakes and Greg Reinhardt, special counsel Michael Nightingale and Seema Mishra and senior associate Oliver Kabongo.
Deal significance: The acquisition provides Thirdera with a strong foundation for growth in the Asia-Pacific region, and adds additional high-quality technical capability, development expertise and business process consulting to the Thirdera business.
