Deepesh Daya has been brought on as a consulting principal, bringing with him 20 years’ local and international experience advising on banking and finance matters. He joins Keypoint from Nexus Law Group, where he was also a consulting principal. Prior to this he held senior positions at both K&L Gates and Norton Rose Fulbright.

“I am delighted to welcome Deepesh to Keypoint,” Keypoint CEO Warren Kalinko said.

“He is an outstanding senior lawyer who brings a wealth of experience and expertise that will undoubtedly contribute to the continued growth of our corporate and banking and finance practices.

“Over the past five years, we’ve maintained a steady focus on recruiting senior lawyers who have the capability to deliver exceptional client outcomes, as well as the collaborative mindset necessary to build a strong collegiate culture within our firm. On both counts, Deepesh is a great fit for our firm”.

Speaking on his appointment, Mr Daya said: “I am incredibly excited to join Keypoint. They have an exceptional team of senior lawyers with outstanding credentials and skill sets and are a fantastic group of people to work with”.

“Their depth and breadth of expertise are a great complement to my practice and one that will allow me to better support my existing clients, particularly the Singaporean banks and financiers with whom I work.

“They are a great partner for the future growth of my practice and I am looking forward to becoming a member of the team.”
