CONTINUING ITS red-hot run of form, Lawyers Weekly has once again garnered awards for itself at the annual ABSP Bell Awards late last week.
Not to be outdone, Francis Wilkins carried off the coveted award for Editor of the Year. Wilkins, who has been with Lawyers Weekly since it was launched in June 2000 also received a Highly Commended for Best Opinion Segment Series.
Meanwhile, Lawyers Weekly’s sister publication Risk Management, edited by Stuart Fagg,was judged Best B2B Magazine Launch.
In 2003, Lawyers Weekly won Best Editorial Issues Campaign for its coverage of bullying within the legal profession, Writer of the Year for former news editor Josh Massoud, and Small Publisher of the Year for the magazine’s publisher THC Press.
Human Resources magazine, also produced by THC Press, was a finalist in the 2003 Business-to-Business Magazine of the Year category.
