AFTER AN extensive tender process, ANZ Mortgages has selected Lawpoint as its preferred supplier of settlement services in New South Wales and Victoria.

Providers of property services and information brokerage, Lawpoint will provide ANZ with a range of mortgage related products including settlement attendance, document stamping and document registration.

The ANZ contract helps solidify Lawpoint’s position in the mortgage processing market, said Mike Abel, managing director of Lawpoint. “It demonstrates that our largest customers really value our flexibility, innovation and attention to quality,” he said.
