Slater and Gordon announced its Brisbane operations, which are spread over three sites, will be consolidated in a single office.

The firm has signed a 10-year lease, reportedly worth $10 million, on a property at 192 Ann Street.

The new facility includes 3,316 sq m of office space and will bring together staff from Slater and Gordon’s Edward Street offices and Slater and Gordon Conveyancing Works.

Construction began last week and is scheduled for completion by mid-September.

Meanwhile, Ashurst’s Sydney office will move to 5 Martin Place by 27 July.

According to a statement from Ashurst, the heritage-listed building has undergone a complete refurbishment with environmental efficiencies in mind.

The final product holds a 5 Star Green Star – Office Design rating and a 5-star NABERS energy rating.
