Minters adds partner to tech team

Minter Ellison announced on 10 April that technology and telecoms specialist Anthony Borgese has joined the firm as a partner.

Borgese is the ninth hire by the firm's technology team in the past year and is based in Sydney.

Previously a partner of Mallesons Stephen Jaques for more than 10 years, Borgese left the firm to set up a consulting company working with clients on commercial projects.

His expertise includes outsourcing, complex global IT and telecommunications arrangements, strategic sourcing, IT contracts, the internet and ecommerce.

VIEW ALL

While a partner at Mallesons, Borgese took three years' leave to work in Geneva at the Société Internationale de Télécommunications Aeronautiques – a specialist in air transport communications and IT solutions – as its general counsel.
