Sparkes poaches KWM senior associate
Sparke Helmore Lawyers has appointed Michelle Segaert as a partner in its corporate group.

Segaert started her career at King & Wood Mallesons as a senior associate in the corporate and funds group and also worked at Linklaters in London.
Segaert also has experience working in-house in a number of senior roles, including at a boutique investment
bank and an ASX 100-listed financial institution, where she was responsible for advising on the establishment and management of various wholesale and retail funds, corporate transactions and corporate governance issues.
She currently advises ASX 100 financial institutions and companies, superannuation funds, onshore and offshore fund managers, and foreign financial institutions operating in Australia.
