Singleton joins DibbsBarker in Brisbane as special counsel after practising as a special counsel for over a year with HWL Ebsworth. Before that, he was a senior associate with DLA Phillips Fox for five years.

Singleton's areas of expertise include property development, large scale property sales and purchases, leasing, preparing agreements for lease and joint venture agreements.

VIEW ALL

He has worked on financing transactions requiring acquisitions, construction and mezzanine finance, including security arrangements, and has dealt with commercial matters including business sales and acquisitions.
