A partner in DLA Piper's Asia-Pacific litigation and regulatory group will relocate from Melbourne to Singapore.
Having acted for professionals in disciplinary hearings and in investigations brought by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission in Australia, Goulios will now focus his insurance, reinsurance and commercial dispute resolution expertise on the Asia-Pacific.
Goulious has established contacts with Singaporean clients having acted for Marsh Management Services Singapore in a large property and business interruption claim. He has also acted in product liability matters in London as well as for financial institutions, directors and officers in large and complex litigation.
