Atik Susanto, principal of Susanto & Partners, will leave the firm he founded next month to join Blake Dawson's associated firm in Jakarta, Oentoeng Suria & Partners (OSP), together with his team of 13 associates.

Joining OSP as a partner, Susanto's career spans investment banking, corporate finance and debt capital markets at Merrill Lynch, commercial legal practice with an Indonesian firm and, since 2009, a role as principal of Susanto & Partners.

Susanto and his team are specialist advisers to Indonesian and foreign clients on mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, corporate, restructuring and capital markets issues.

"I am very pleased that we will welcome Atik to join OSP as a partner of the firm in the coming month," said OSP chairman Felix Soebagjo. "He and his team will double the size of OSP."
