Carter Newell Lawyers has today (3 September) announced the elevation to senior associate of Jodi Palmer and Sarah Robinson in professional indemnity.

In the litigation and dispute resolution team, Palmer has acted in a wide range of commercial disputes including insolvency matters, complex multi-party litigations and banking recoveries.

Working in the professional indemnity team, Robinson has extensive experience in insurance litigation including public, product liability, workers compensation, labour hire, professional indemnity, medical malpractice, general insurance, risk management, indemnity and policy advice.

Palmer and Robinson's promotions add to the growing number of women at senior associate level at the firm, which is currently above 70 per cent.

Overall, women now hold over 40 per cent of senior leadership roles at Carter Newell.
