Brisbane-based MacGillivrays Solicitors has promoted three of its staff, effective 1 January 2011.

Katherine Rowling has been promoted to the position of associate in the firm's property services division, while Sarmein Jamieson and Ashley Goobanko were appointed as solicitors having completed their graduate clerkship with the firm.

Rowling joined the firm in 2007 as a graduate clerk and has been part of the firm's property services division for the last two years. She specialises in residential and commercial disposals and acquisitions, off-the-plan transactions, put and call agreements, commercial and retail leasing, establishment of community title schemes and strata titling.
