Joining the firm's corporate group, Beaumont brings over 15 years' experience as a mergers and acquisitions lawyer. His practice encompasses regulated and unregulated transactions, with a particular focus on complex cross-border deals.

Willetts joins the firm's finance and commercial property group, having practised in Australia and the United Kingdom. He has extensive experience in commercial property and property finance transactions.
